13 hours on the road today. Started at 6 am in a rented car, and drove over 400 miles to Salt Lake City, to get my repaired van. I've been without a vehicle since the 3rd of May. So relieved to get my van back.
Man, 400 mi to get a car fixed! Unbelievable. I can go to any major corner here and find a fix-it-man. But then it does give the opportunity to see that beautiful country you live in.
Rigatoni, a little olive oil and some garlic is about as cheap as mac and cheese, and tastes a whole lot better.
